Chain broke after the first day it arrived, a ring fell off near the end of it, emailed and got no reply from anyone, messaged on facebook, instagram and two seperate email addresses, until I eventually got one reply of a guy who said they don't refund for accident breakages. I explained I literally put it on and the loop on the end fell off which they then ignored me again.
